Feel your feelings, whatever they are, and try to do so without judging yourself for it. Holidays can be stressful. It’s okay, and even healthy to admit that to yourself. It’s okay to need to take some space and time for yourself to recharge. You can’t function at your best if you’re coming from a place of deficit.
