Do Nothing 

Set intentional time aside where you won’t do anything – no prep, no cleaning, no Holiday activities. Time is hard to come by during the Holidays, but it is still incredibly important to give yourself a moment to regroup.

Gift Yourself 

It doesn’t have to be a big, expensive gift, but think of something you’ve been really desiring and go ahead and give it to yourself! It could be as simple as a keychain, a t-shirt, or that tea kettle you’ve had your eye on.

See a friend 

Schedule a coffee date with your best friend. It’s normal to feel disconnected from your community during the holidays. So much of our time is spent focusing on family traditions and responsibilities that we’ll go weeks without checking in with our besties. Make some time!

A Holiday Drink 

Whether it’s a trip to Starbucks or some time troubleshooting recipes in the kitchen, a special holiday drink is just the boost we need sometimes!

Make a Holiday Craft 

From DIYing, a wreath to drying oranges for a garland, using your hands to make something beautiful can be the perfect way to de-stress and reconnect with your inner child.

Join a Support Group 

Join a mental health support group through Circles – Circles is giving away free support sessions this holiday season.

Take Time to Process 

The end of the year is an excellent time to regroup and reflect on what this past year has been like for you. Grab a journal, or use SeekHer’s one-of-a-kind Mental Health Check-In Survey to take stock of your major health determinants.
