Take Each Day As It Is

The holidays can be stressful. Take them one day at a time. Take each day as it is. Embrace it with all its wonders and flaws. Own it, move in it as well as be present in it. Each day will bring its own worries throughout these next few weeks. This can be difficult, however, staying in the here and now allows you to be present and available in that moment. It also allows you to bring your authentic self to the table no matter how flawed. You can also have extra tools on deck, such as YouTube videos that can help remind you to stay focused. A great example would be Dr. Tracy Marks. She offers wonderful sessions on dealing with Anxiety and tangible tools of insight.
