We Are Our Own Experts

I’ve always felt that we are our own experts, we can feel what is right for us and what is not. When you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious, think about what small things work for you and make a point to do more of them. Stop doing the things that do not work. This isn’t the time to be pleasing those around you – put you first!
